EdgeSight for Citrix Presentation Server is an end-to-end performance management solution for Citrix environments that enables rapid problem resolution and capacity planning. The product facilitates simultaneous analysis of both the Citrix server and the Citrix end-user device, and provides context by analyzing application performance from the end-user's perspective, in conjunction with system or application performance for a specific session on a Citrix server. It provides visibility of end-user performance and helps administrators understand how additional users and applications impact system resource requirements. The solution uses a low-overhead, autonomous agent to monitor, analyze and diagnose problems from the end-user's perspective.--Reflectent Systems
