Designed for field installation or maintenance of existing networks, the Mini-OTDR is a low-cost, fully Functional OTDR that is small enough to fit in a tool box. The device is available in a standard version, with a distance range of 4 km to 64 km, and LAN version, with a distance range of 1 km to 16 km to view short fiber lengths. Both versions are available in a ruggedized housing or desktop housing. The unit will display a trace within a second of pressing the scan button, and provides single-mode or multimode operation. The easy-to-use product provides fast trace analysis, graphic display, serial port, storage for 255 traces, and a quick reference card, as well as dB/kin, two-point and splice-loss modes.--Fiber Instrument Sales
