Patch View automatically collects and analyzes connectivity data, providing IT administrators with comprehensive real-time information concerning network assets (switch ports, servers, work stations and the network cabling infrastructure) and their connectivity status. Version 3.0 of the system includes full Web-based management for the physical layer. Network managers can complete network troubleshooting and control from remote locations via standard Web browsers, enabling them to view, configure and monitor the physical layer from any location. For support of converged networks, added information regarding the real-time location and attributes of IP phones and their connectivity is also available.--RIT Technology
