Handheld labeling

Communications News,  March, 2004

With an easy grip, rubber impact guards and rugged carrying case, the PT-1600 is designed for everyday use in the field for labeling telecom, datacom or electrical equipment and asset management. The unit features rotated text, easy-swap tape cassettes, bar code symbologies, telecom/datacom templates, and built-in telecom and data symbols. This machine prints laminated labels with standard adhesive, extra-strength or flexible ID adhesive (for wrapping and flagging). Print options include printing multiple copies and serialized labels, as well as vertical, horizontal, rotated and mirror text. It uses 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1" tape widths.--Brother International
