Hosted PBX

Communications News, March, 2008

Rather than charging for the number of phones connected, onSIP hosted IP PBX service charges a single flat fee per month, plus actual call charges only for minutes that go off-network, using VoIP rates. The service works with most SIP-enabled phones and a variety of softphones, application servers and analog telephony adaptors. Junction Networks groups all phones, at one location or many, as extensions of one calling group and routes calls among all company extensions. Users can add seldom-used extensions, like conference room and lobby phones, without raising costs, and can also add and drop extensions for temporary employees. Advanced calling features, including dial-by-name directory, voice mail, auto attendant, hunt/ring groups and call routing, are available on an 6 la carte basis.--Junction Networks
