The SoundStation VTX 1000 is a wideband conference phone that delivers a high-fidelity, voice-conferencing experience through normal analog telephone lines. New features include expansive new microphone pick-up capabilities and the ability to automatically adapt to each meeting room environment. Filtering technology helps eliminate background noise, such as PC and projector fans and HVAC background noise, to allow participants to be heard clearly. The unit includes a subwoofer, can accept input from a variety of sources, and can drive external speaker and recording systems.--Polycom
