To Lenny Liebmann:
I have found and read your articles (www.comnews.com) while troubleshooting and upgrading a VoIP over a NAT connection offered by a local ISP. (I work as a contractor in a large corporation, but I need videoconferencing for my own mini-company, too.) I congratulate you on the tone and the conclusions you draw there. Some of the biggest obstacles to technology development is corporate psychology, inflexible procedures, lack of coordination and a grounded fear to be taken for a ride and lose face on the part of management.
