Industry: Email Alert RSS FeedRemote PBX access - New products - Tetone's OfficeLink Solo - Brief Article
Communications News, June, 2003
OfficeLink Solo enables remote users to connect to a corporate PBX/ACD from virtually anywhere using only a touchtone telephone. Incoming calls are routed to the remote location, while providing access to common features like transfer, conference, hold and voice mail. The system can be used by remote call center and help desk agents that require advanced phone functions through an automatic call distributor. An intuitive setup wizard simplifies initial configuration, and the Windows-based software enables the system administrator to store multiple passwords and dial-back phone numbers for remote locations, save configuration settings for easy installation of multiple units, and create and print custom user guides and administration records.--Tetone
