The Perfect Voice Office Pro 4.5 multimodal, unified-communication system offers companies multilingual automatic speech recognition, allowing a caller to select a language from up to nine of the 27 supported languages. The system supports speech-enabled automated attendant and company-based directory dialing, so users do not have to look up or remember extensions. Also, RealSpeak text-to-speech technology allows users to listen to their e-mail messages when they call to get their voice-mail messages. The product can be integrated with any ODBC-compliant office application, receiving and displaying incoming call information from the user's ODBC application, complete with database record look-up, screen-pop, dial-back and answer functions.--Teleco
