BreezeCOM, Tel Aviv, Israel, and Floware Wireless Systems, Or Yehuda, Israel, merged through a stock swap. The new company will have about 53.3 million shares outstanding, with BreezeCOM shareholders owning 55% of the combined company, and Floware shareholders owning 45%.
