To meet the demands of enterprise messaging, the IronPort C60 is designed specifically for the task of e-mail routing. The appliance provides ease of use and manageability, providing administrators with real-time views into messaging injection and delivery. Setup and configuration takes minutes. The 2-U, 19" rackmountable unit features a hardened AsyncOS operating system, and built-in e-mail management functions to enforce corporate policies or block unwanted spam messages. Acting as a buffer in front of groupware servers, the unit provides an always-on mail queue that delivers messages automatically when destinations become available. Mail-filtering capabilities allow mail to be searched for keywords, specific address or other parameters. Filtered messages can then be copied, logged, archived, deleted or redirected.--IronPort Systems
