Advanced IP PBX

Communications News, July, 2005

The Cypreon IP PBX, version 2.1, includes support for a mouse/keyboard/touch screendriven attendant application, active call and name/number primary rate interface (PRI) display, off-premise dialing, silent call monitoring, and automatic route selection. The new attendant user interface offers convenience with mouse, keyboard or touch screen controls to give users the power to manage calls more efficiently in the way that suits them best. The interface's active call screen allows the user to select options for the softkeys while the phone is actively engaged in a call. Options include blind transfer, call time, line appearance, station appearance, silent monitoring, page and park, all accessible through the touch-screen display. The name and number PRI display feature allows the information for an incoming caller to be shown on the active call screen.--Teltronics
