IP-based services

INTERNET-DIAL ACCESS for corporate users is available in 100 countries via a single provider. EQUANT has expanded its suite of IP-based services by providing quality access to Internet sites and corporate intranets from 458 cities worldwide. Its new IP-based global integrated virtual private network (iVPN) provides any-to-any connectivity in 140 countries. With iVPN, enterprises can select the transport required, whether Frame Relay, ATM, or integrated voice and data (iVAD), to transmit their business applications globally. Internet-dial allows remote employees to get Web and intranet access, check e-mail, and participate in discussion groups. The Internet-dial introduction complements EQUANT's introduction earlier this year of iVAD with off-net dialing, high-speed point-to-point dial, global LAN, and videoconferencing. Benefits of Internet-dial include reduced business costs, reliable access, ease of access, and high-speed global reach.--EQUANT
