The product's probe-sniffing technology identifies the nature of traffic, and distills large amounts of data into intuitive reports for administrators. The appliance features an umbrella-management view that starts with individual user performance profiles. Actual time-of-day user performance can be correlated directly with other infrastructure monitoring tools for quick analysis and resolution. Allows for proactive management, by issuing alerts that profile individual user problems related to past performance. The product's passive, nonintrusive probe is easy to deploy.--Adlex
