The CleanSource UPS is a battery-free power-supply system for critical operations. Integrated with flywheel technology, the UPS provides power-conditioning features, including voltage regulation and harmonics cancellation. When coupled with a standby generator, the system creates a complete continuous power solution. The flywheel stores kinetic energy in a 600-lb. steel disc and can support up to 130 kW of backup power, depending on UPS rating, using a fraction of the floor space of a battery system. With a wide temperature operating range of 0 [degrees]C to 40 [degrees]C and minimal maintenance requirements, the solution offers flexibility in site selection and costs.--Active Power
