Baan and Boeing extend intellectual property agreements

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2000 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Agreements between Baan Company N.V. and Boeing Commercial Airplanes Group and The Boeing Co have been extended.
According to the extended agreement the Military Aircraft and Missile Systems and the Space & Communications units at Boeing can now utilise a range of intellectual property resources owned by Baan, including Baan E-Enterprise, Baan ERP, Baan Front Office, Baan Supply Chain software and standard electronic training tools.
