Virgin Atlantic Airways to enhance its frequent flyer programme

Virgin Atlantic Airways has announced a series of enhancements to its frequent flyer programme.
The enhancements have been launched under the new name of `flying club` and include the introduction of three tiers of membership and new ways to earn miles, with the addition of 15 new reward partners.
Travellers need only fly once to become a `red` member, and then must earn ten tier points to become a `silver` member and 70 to achieve `gold` membership status.
