FlightSafetyBoeing receives flight simulator certifications

The British Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has awarded a Level C certification to a Next-Generation 737-700/-800 full-flight simulator installed at its London-Gatwick Training Centre.
The simulator is manufactured by FlightSafetyBoeing (FSB) and is built to Level D standards, with this later certification expected from the CAA in about six months.
In related news, FSB has received Level C certification from the Mexican Direccion General De Aeronautical Civil for its MD-80 full-flight simulator located at the Centro De Capacitacion Alas De America (ALAS) training centre in Mexico City.
The simulator is owned by FSB and will be operated by ALAS at its facility at Mexico City International Airport.
