Aeroflot Russian International Airlines has signed a new strategic cooperation agreement with Georgian Airlines.

The deal apparently includes joint agreement on a series of unified standards for the transportation of passengers and machinery maintenance, as well as the rescheduling of certain routes` landing and departure times to improve connections between the two carriers.

Furthermore the agreement will mean Aeroflot and Georgian Airlines recognise each others' transportation documents and make joint use of the Moscow-Tbilisi-Moscow route according to Itar-Tass.
