American Airlines flight diverted due to engine problems - Brief Article

On 21 January an American Airlines aircraft en route from Newark to Los Angeles was forced to divert to Lincoln Municipal Airport after its right engine lost oil pressure and the cabin filled with smoke.

The Boeing 757 aircraft landed safely and none of the 125 people onboard were injured.

Another aircraft was sent to fly the passengers to Los Angeles.
