Airlink Swaziland has indicated that it may soon be ready to recommence flights.

The carrier has been grounded since the end of December 1999 when its only aircraft, a Fokker 28, was not repaired after cracks were found in the frame holding the windscreen.

The carrier says however that mechanics from the Netherlands, where the aircraft was bought, had arrived to repair the aircraft.
