AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2000 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
A new USD12m financial centre opened in the Pudong International Airport in Shanghai, China on 8 June.
SITA, a supplier of telecommunications to the airline industry, has been awarded a multi-million dollar (USD), ten-year systems integration contract by Belfast City Airport to provide hardware and software for the airport's new terminal. The contract also includes the maintenance and provision of support for the facility's complete IT infrastructure.
Shares of Canadian Airlines Corp will be de-listed from the Toronto Stock Exchange if the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta approves the carrier's plan of compromise and arrangement as proposed under a deal for the carrier to merge with Air Canada according to Dow Jones Newswires.
