Lanyon has released RateDesk, an application that automates the processing of international rate quotes, from managing the queue to completing ticket shells.
Developed with United Airlines RateDesk electronically captures all transactions so customers have easy access to valuable information that promotes collaboration among centres across all regions, continents and alliances. This enables them to expand services, balance workloads and plan for business continuity.
