Australia's Sydney Airport has improved its quality of service over the past three years, according to a report compiled by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
The Regulatory Report found that both passengers and airlines were generally satisfied with the services and facilities at Sydney Airport. Passengers were surveyed on airport facilities, including check-in waiting time, space in the gate lounge, cleanliness of the washrooms and baggage collection waiting time.
The ACCC feels that the additional infrastructure implemented for the 2000 Olympic Games has greatly improved the airport's services, reported AsiaPulse.
