Indian Airlines to buy more aircraft

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2001 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
State-run carrier Indian Airlines plans to purchase more aircraft in order to expand its fleet and improve services.
The airline has reportedly received approval from the finance ministry to buy more aircraft. It is currently unclear how many aircraft will be purchased, but the board of Indian Airlines will meet on 5 December to discuss the details, according to Reuters.
