British Airways a winner in British Traveller magazine awards

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2001 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
British Airways has been voted the world's best carrier for the 14th consecutive year by readers of British Traveller magazine.
The airline also received awards for best short-haul flight airline, best frequent flyer programme, best travel web site and best first class service, according to PA News. Virgin Atlantic Airways received awards for best business class and best economy class, while Singapore Airlines was voted as best long-haul carrier.
Go, a former British Airways-owned no-frills carrier, was voted best low-cost carrier, while American Airlines was named best North American carrier.
