Air New Zealand has announced plans to reduce prices and cut in-flight services on its domestic routes.
The new no-frills services - which are expected to attract additional customers and increase profit - will include the airline removing its business class service on all domestic flights and replacing the full meal and drink selections with a snack, tea, coffee and water option.
The new service will be launched in October 2002, while the lower fares will be introduced from 1 November 2002.
