Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport has conducted a domestic passenger survey on visitors to the airport.

The survey found that the 93% of respondents believe that flying is as safe or about as safe at it was before the 11 September terrorist attacks; 73% of respondents stated that they feel safer due to the additional security measures now in place; 50% of respondents expect to spend more than 90 minutes at the airport; and nearly 50% of those questioned said that their biggest concern about flying is the time required prior to boarding.

The survey also asked passengers to rate Sky Harbor's retail, food, services and facilities.
