Salvage workers have reportedly recovered one of two flight recorders from the China Northern Airlines aircraft that crashed on 7 May 2002.
The aircraft - a McDonnell-Douglas MD-82, carrying 103 passengers and nine crew members between Beijing and Dalian - crashed into the waters off northeastern China, killing all 112 people on board.
The flight recorder was reportedly found at 1505 local time today (14 May). It is currently unclear whether the device is the one that records flight information or the cockpit voice recorder.
Workers are reportedly still searching for the other flight recorder.
