MAB to operate Indian airport

Malaysia Airports Berhad (MAB) will reportedly operate the Hyderabad airport in India in 2006.

The new airport is expected to be a modern 21st century structure with state-of-the art equipment and facilities. MAB is also holding negotiations on the possible management of the New Delhi airport.

According to the general manager of Malaysia Airports (Sepang) Sdn Bhd, several other international airports worldwide have requested the company to manage their operations, reported the New Straits Times-Management Times.
