Khalifa Airways signs leasing agreement for two Boeing 777-200 aircraft

Algeria-based Khalifa Airways has formed a five-year agreement with Boeing Aircraft Trading to lease two Boeing 777-200 aircraft.
The airline is planning to utilise the Boeing 777-200 aircraft - powered by GE90 engines - on routes between Algeria and various African, European and transatlantic destinations, after their delivery in November and December of this year.
The 240-seat aircraft will feature the award-winning Boeing Signature Interior, designed to offer maximum comfort to passengers, and will offer 22 seats in first class, 70 in business class and 148 in economy class.
