British Airways offers USD198 return fare from US to London

British Airways is offering a special USD198 return fare from three US cities to London to celebrate the move of the flights from London's Gatwick airport to Heathrow.

British Airways' daily nonstop services to London from Denver, Phoenix and San Diego will fly to Heathrow airport from 26 October 2002.

The special fare is only available until 10 October 2002. It can be used for outbound travel between 15 October and 12 December 2002 and travellers must return no later than 11 January 2003. Return travel on the special fare is not permitted between 18 and 23 December 2002.

The fares do not include government fees and taxes of approximately USD91 plus a USD2.50 security fee per person when departing the USA. Other conditions apply.
