Dragonair to continue reduced service in May

Hong Kong-based airline Dragonair is to extend its current 50% reduction in services into May.

In addition the carrier will cancel a number of flights to Beijing and Guilin in southern China from 1 May, reported Reuters.

Dragonair and its larger rival Cathay Pacific Airways have seen a significant decline in passenger numbers since the outbreak of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS).
