Transat to operate charter aircraft for WestJet Airlines

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2003 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Transat has formed an agreement to charter WestJet Airlines aircraft for flights to southern destinations.
The two-year agreement will see Transat and its two main tour operators, World of Vacations and Air Transat Holidays, charter WestJet Boeing 737 aircraft and crews for southern routes from Canadian cities.
The first season of the contract is worth CAD29m, reported Reuters.
