Unions representing employees of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines have not been given any new information about the talks on joining an airline alliance.
It was thought that alliance options would be discussed at a meeting between the airline management and unions on Thursday (21 August).
Union officials said that the management repeated that talks are ongoing with both Air France (representing the SkyTeam alliance) and British Airways (representing oneworld) and that a decision should be made by the end of this year.
