A British Airways flight was diverted to Birmingham, England on Saturday (29 November) due to engine trouble.

The flight had departed from London, England for Edinburgh, Scotland with 92 passengers on board when it encountered a technical problem with one of its engines. As a precautionary measure, the pilot decided to land at Birmingham International Airport, where the passengers disembarked safely.

The passengers were expected to continue their journey on a second aircraft the following day, and were given hotel accommodation, according to The Associated Press.
