Ryanair has reportedly entered into a sale and leaseback agreement for up to ten Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
The Irish budget carrier is expected to take delivery of the new aircraft between December 2003 and March 2004, after forming an agreement with RBS Aviation Capital. Under the agreement the aircraft will be leased for seven years.
The deal is Ryanair's second financing agreement with RBS Aviation Capital, which financed eight Boeing 737-800 aircraft delivered earlier this year, reported Reuters.
