America West Airlines to put adverts on tray tables

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2003 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
America West Airlines has reportedly begun selling tray table advertising on its flights.
The carrier has sold advertising on all of its fleet of 143 aircraft through the first quarter of 2004. The advertisers include Visa, Mercedes-Benz USA, The History Channel and Bank of America.
The advertisements will begin appearing on flights from 15 December 2003, according to The Associated Press.
