Icelandair implements KANA Response e-mail management application

Icelandic airline Icelandair has implemented the KANA Response e-mail management software from KANA, a provider of eCRM applications.
KANA Response is expected to improve Icelandair's customer service by providing quick and accurate responses to e-mail requests, as well as immediately acknowledging incoming customer e-mails.
Financial terms of the implementation were not disclosed.
