Lufthansa and South African Airways upgrade to Sabre Qik Developer Tool

German carrier Lufthansa and South African Airways have selected Sabre Holdings' new Java-based Sabre Qik Developer Tool.
According to Sabre, the Java-based Qik Developer Tool allows companies to easily create user-friendly interfaces, improving the ability of reservations and airport personnel to service customers. The solution also offers tools that allow developers to build graphically rich applications incorporating multiple, key data sources.
The financial terms of the agreements were not disclosed.
