Notlim Service Management has won a contract to maintain baggage equipment at Philadelphia International Airport.

The company - which has no employees and no experience in the field - is run by T. Milton Street, the brother of Philadelphia Mayor John F. Street. However, Milton Street and representatives of the mayor's office and the airport claim that the brothers' relationship played no role in the contract.

The contract is worth more than USD1m annually, reported The Associated Press.
