Song conducts search for people to entertain passengers boarding flights

Delta Air Lines' new low-fare service, Song, held an open casting call in West Palm Beach as part of a national search for a group of talented individuals to entertain passengers as they board flights.
Rosalie Placid, aged 25, from Roxbury, MA, was the winner of the casting call which featured 75 entrants. She performed an original song entitled "Sweetest Song". Placid won an engagement to perform in front of Song passengers during inaugural festivities at Logan International Airport on 16 May, and will also receive a year's worth of Cinnabon cinnamon rolls.
Other cities on the tour include New York City, Miami and Tampa. The Grand Prize winner will receive GBP25,000 plus a Coca Cola red couch.
