America West enhances operations at Dallas/Fort Worth Airport

America West Airlines has announced enhancements to its operations at Dallas/Forth Worth International Airport.
The airline has leased two gates, hired 55 employees and established a newly automated ticket counter at the airport. It has also brought its customer and fleet service functions in-house and will utilise ten check-in kiosks to support the growing operation at the airport.
The operation has increased by more than 50% since it implemented its business-friendly fare structure in March 2002.
