US Airways seeks to list shares on Nasdaq

US Airways has reportedly filed an application to list its shares on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange.
According to an airline spokesperson, the total amount of shares to be listed on the Nasdaq will be 57.4m, including 39.3m class A common shares held by entities that took equity stakes in the company during bankruptcy.
US Airways filed the application with the US Securities and Exchange Commission late on Tuesday (30 September), reported Reuters.
