Cathay Pacific Airways to purchase used Boeing aircraft

Cathay Pacific Airways is planning to purchase up to 15 second-hand Boeing 747-400 aircraft.
The airline has not revealed how much it will pay for the aircraft or identify who is selling them, but has stated that some of the aircraft will be converted to cargo freighters while the others will be used on passenger routes.
Cathay Pacific is seeking the aircraft in anticipation of future business growth, reported Reuters.
