Scandinavian Airlines System (SAS) is reportedly considering scrapping its business class following a decline in sales.
Local media claim that the carrier has decided to stop offering business class travel, as it has suffered a decline in its business class segment following an industry crisis aggravated by the 11 September 2001 terrorist attacks.
According to an airline spokesperson, the carrier is currently re-evaluating its business concept, but no decision has been reached as of yet, reported the Danish broadcasting corporation.
