AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2004 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
United Airlines is to launch a new three-cabin premium domestic service using Boeing 757 aircraft. The 'p.s.' service will be available on flights between New York and Los Angeles and New York and San Francisco from December 2004. United Airlines claims that the 'p.s.' service will offer customers more space and comfort and an improved level of onboard service. Tickets for the new flights go on sale on 3 August 2004.
America West Airlines has announced a fare sale on its new nonstop services between four US and three Mexican cities. Fares start at USD99 one-way on flights from Las Vegas and San Diego to Puerto Vallarta and Los Cabos, between Los Angeles and Acapulco, and between Oakland, California and Los Cabos.
