AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2004 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

ATA Airlines has launched a new nonstop service between Indianapolis and St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, continuing on to San Juan, Puerto Rico. The new seasonal service will begin on 18 December 2004, operating on Saturdays only.

Huntsville International Airport will become one of the newest destinations for low-cost airline Independence Air with six daily nonstop flights to Washington Dulles International Airport starting on 1 October 2004. Tickets are available for all Huntsville flights now.

US Airways is to expand its services to Latin America and the Caribbean from 12 February 2005 with new services to Liberia, Costa Rica and Barbados from Charlotte, North Carolina. The airline will also begin an increased service between Boston and Aruba in November 2004 and Charlotte and St. Thomas starting in December 2004.
