United Airlines launches US-Vietnam flight

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2004 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
United Airlines launched on Thursday (9 December) the first scheduled flight of a US airline to Vietnam in almost 30 years.
The San Francisco-Hong Kong-Ho Chi Minh City combined passenger and cargo service is operated by a Boeing 747-400 aircraft, with 14 first class seats, 73 business class seats and 260 economy class seats.
