SWE FLY to cut Ronneby-Stockholm service

Airline Industry Information, Dec 14, 2004

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2004 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

Swedish airline SWE FLY is to cancel its service between Ronneby and Stockholm's Arlanda airport.

The last departure on the route will reportedly be on 23 December and the airline is inviting travellers who have tickets to transfer to Swedline or to SWE FLY's route between Kalmar and Stockholm. The airline has said that the decision was made because the profit on the route has not been as large as expected, although it has not made a loss, Boarding.no reported.

The airline has not ruled out relaunching the route when it has more aircraft and more slots during the peak times at Arlanda.
